Customer has had moisture coming in the side of his home, where there is no plumbing. After visually inspecting the side of the house, it is clear that he has rocks all the way up to the poles at the home. The grade has always been really high there and he did not have a drain. It used to be an existing flower that all the water would collect in that corner of the house and just sit. When this happened water would seep end and buckle the floor. They change the flooring to porcelain floors, and he installed a French drain that leads around all the way to the street. This has been a game changer for him however he is interested in maybe trying to get rid of the water faster. I’m going to put together an estimate customer had to leave to go to a doctors appointment for 130 and although it is 2 o’clock, he’s running behind.

Called out due to leak in the wall. The homeowner stated she had several people out trying to locate a ceiling leak. She stated it happens when the second-floor AC is running. Water comes through the kitchen ceiling. During the evaluation, I poured some water through the second floor AC drain and I found there is a leak coming midway up the wall from the AC drain in the second floor. I cut out the section that was leaking. I noticed there was a couple holes drilled through the pipe. The homeowner is aware. I’ve made the proper repair by replacing the pipe with the holes in it. I reset the pop-up assembly on the left side lavatory in the sons bathroom do to it had a slow leak when in use. I’ve test for any leaks no leaks. Found job completed. Pioneer plumbing will provide a one-year warranty on AC drain repair. 90 days for resetting the pop-up assembly. Job completed.

Home owner was due for cfm I arrived to the home and found that the water heater is 13 years old I explained to the customer that when flushing the water heater and it being old their is a possibility that it would need to be replaced Home owner stated that if it’s functioning properly then he would rather not mess with it I explained to the customer that I would give him an estimate in case the water heater goes out Home owner is ok with that I explained to the home owner that the 28 point inspection is so that we can put together an inspection of what is going on with fixtures in the home and make sure everything is working properly And if anything is not functioning properly then give him options to replace or fix it Home owner stated that he needs to get foundation work done at this location before anything else Job is complete

Jason was professional and pleasant. He answered any questions I had and explained them in such a way that I felt at ease and pleased. I'm not totally OK with the way the warranties are handled for the equipment they install. Due to the parts not belonging to Pioneer Plumbing, they have to source you and the part out, if it's under warranty. Pioneer can't be responsible for how this folk treat you, so I'll let them off the hook for that... (kinda) . Thanks Pioneer, once again, you've risen to the occasion.
