Jason was professional and pleasant. He answered any questions I had and explained them in such a way that I felt at ease and pleased. I'm not totally OK with the way the warranties are handled for the equipment they install. Due to the parts not belonging to Pioneer Plumbing, they have to source you and the part out, if it's under warranty. Pioneer can't be responsible for how this folk treat you, so I'll let them off the hook for that... (kinda) . Thanks Pioneer, once again, you've risen to the occasion.
